My TS and RT plus thicknesser project. I want to build may own complete wood working table it measure 28 x 60 inc. long I will start at the flat form with 4 wheels. I copy this from other forum which he used MDF board. I think it is required for MDF board if used as a flat form to make it strong base
So I used plyboard for the plat form and cut it into 28 x 60 inch long

And here is a plan that I got on the other forum so I have as reference

And here it is strait flute 3/4 router bits that I used on my router on this plyboard woooweee lot lots of woods dust hehehe and of course I use safety eye goggles to protect my SORE EYES hehehe mask and globs for my safety and health also. It was very hard to breading you will inhale lots of woods dust if don’t have a mask ….

I have lots old scrap plywood’s and I don’t want to throw into garbage or make it as a panggatong hehehe so I cut it into 4 inch. Strip with my TS and cut it with respective size wit my sliding mitre and then wood glue and gun nailer for the divider

http://i873.photobucket.com/albums/ab296/rtirona/table%20saw/100_4864.jpg
And now to cover it with 1/2 marine plywood
http://i873.photobucket.com/albums/ab296/rtirona/table%20saw/100_4868.jpg
Before I cover it I applied with clear solignum to make it sure that there is no termite will eat my plywood it seam that most of divider are old plywoods or used plywoods that I used ..

reduce your picture size thru photobucket, we cannot understand most of the writings kasi. try to limit them to 480x640pixels para hindi mag resize ang thread.

yung ginamit mo na bit for the router. What is the size? coz a 3/4 straight bit is actually larger than a 3/4 plywood.

3/4 is oversize para sa 3/4 plywood maluwag i used 5/8 staight bit ung remaining na 1/16 trim just to fit 3/4 plywood
