This might interest the group here. I've been using this free version of Google Sketchup to draw things. It is a great program for envisioning projects. A couple of free project plans from woodworking sites now give out models of their plans for this program.

I've been planning to expand my workshop. No budget yet so I'm doing it in virtual reality :)

sketchup really is a great tool. it was what I used to design my own tail end vise on my workbench...
