Platform/gondola for rent - for exterior wall waterproofing

I am having my firewall painted. It is a 3 storey house within a compound. My neighbors is hesitant to allow me to step on their roof to access the wall to be painted/waterproof.

Do you have any idea on where I can rent gondola or welded corrugated bar forming like a ladder (H- looking welded bars) that is anchored (clamped) on the extended firewall that will serve as platform?

No one responded to my query on platform/gondola rental.
So we decided to fabricate what exactly I need as described in my posting.
After my wall painting is done, I have no more use for it, and so, instead of having it sold as junk, I am open for rental.

Rental fee: 400/ amonth
Deposit : 5,000.00 to be return after you return the steel frame
Pick - up : Marikina City
