Where can I buy Victor Cutskill Welding & Cutting Outfit here in Manila

Lots of places to buy these. Wilcon, Binondo Stores, Hans Tools.

In addition the only problem I have with my Victor Torch is support. I am having a hard time locating stores that sell different sizes of Welding and Cutting tips that I had to import these myself. These are expensive too.

Harris seems to be the prevailing brand with lots of Tips available, some original and others compatibles or counterfeits (cheap) . I have not used Harris brand so could not say anything about its performance or reliability. If it matters to you the new Victor Cutskill series is now Made in China.
