                  Re: First Time using TIG

                  Bro, though I haven't taken that path yet of welding, some day soon I hope, but I've noticed that
                  the beads you have applied on the plate material looks a bit " naka umbok pa " I don't know, maybe you need to increase your travel speed and dabbing with the filler rod.

                  I'm not here criticizing or downgrading your efforts in practicing tig applications, as a matter of fact
                  I am learning from it also and enjoying your puddle applications. I suppose its my personal observation of how your beads are turning out.

                  Just continue the practice bro at anduon na, malapit na malapit mo ng makuha ang technique and
                  hoping for your success.
                  Anyway I have posted a link here of Tig application from Longevity Welding Lab, I know this will help you a lot.

                    nasa camera angle I guess kaya maumbok pero kung titignan mo height profile ng bead manipis lang.

                      @Rosy
                      Thanks sa comments bro. Regarding dun sa video ng Longevity medyo advanced technique na ang walking the cup eh. Sa ngayon practice muna ako sa consistency ng beads. May nagtuturo sa akin from weldingweb. next practice ko nyan is overlapping beads tapos lap joints na. Maganda pa beads ko sa stick haha pero enjoy ang TIG malinis at di mainit kumpara sa stick and MIG. Sa naexperience ko mas madaling i-control ang beads kaya lang pag may konting sabit ka lilitaw talaga sa beads mo so importante talaga ang consistency. Kelangan ko na rin bumili ng maraming tungsten kasi nakakatamad mag grind ng mag grind ng tungsten lalo na pag nadikitan ng filler rod di na ok ang arc.
