I would like to take this post to apologize for asking too many questions already without formally introducing myself here.

The reason why I'm asking too much questions. Is because I am a newbie to everything.

Under the " TOOLS " forum. there are several sub forums, click the Metalworking Tools
and from there you can start a new topic you want to discuss about the welding machine
purchased from Lazada.

What subject do you have in mind or you want to ask, whether its about
home improvements, home furniture, woodworking, metalworking or you want
to ask about tools and its usage etc, simply choose from the listed forums in the
index page, click it then look for that " + New Topic " click it then fire away, write
your topic in mind.

Hello ... I have the same issue - no new topic button. At least Post reply works - sorry to misuse this thread. I am wondering whether it has to do with the fact that I did not get an activation message. Does the board send one?

Click a Forum topic.
look for TOPICS.......LATEST ACTIVITY......MY SUBSCRIPTIONS......PHOTOS
under this you will see,

+ New Topic

this is inside a shaded blue box. Click it to start a new topic !

:-I ... I know that this is hard to believe ... I know where the button should be (I tested it on another vBulletin board) ...I also tried to attach a picture with the missing button but it failed because I am not authorized ... hehe ... it seems that I don't have many rights :-( ....
