      Doc yung dede(suso) ko ang lambot simula nun nagka baby ako. Wala na bang chance para not totally naman bumalik sa dati, pero kahit mejo tumigas lang sya ng konti. Ang pangit kasi eh, sobra lambot.

        naku..i went to HMR today and check the store myself for anything good find..bought some clamps and nitrile gloves..

        anyway...me patient pa pala ako waiting here.

        @oz,

        kelan kaba huling napurga? hehehe

        seriously, with the type of your work and hobby, i dont think you can gain extra weight if what you do is eat more...your body is simply efficient in burning those extra calories..coz you are still young.

        but wait for some years when your body slows down in metabolism (usually beginning at age 30) then you'll become fatter especially at the belly area...

        as long as you dont get sick often then its a sign that you are healthy one way or another.

            WebMD and Mayo Clinic recommends RICE (rest, ice, compression, elevation) to treat a sprained ankle.

            Rest, I understand. I'm a bit puzzled by the other three, which address the swelling. Hindi ba swelling is because of the increased blood flow to the injured area? More blood flowing = faster healing.

            Isn't reducing the swelling getting in the way of the healing process?
