i'm looking for a certain machine that will help me dealing with capiz, specificaly in cutting it, some people call it a puncher. also a drill bit design for cutting ikinakabit sa press drill the teeth looks like a teeth of a file (kikil). hope any one can help me.
Maybe a rotary cutting tool like a dremel would be good for that purpose. It has a lot of optional bits, including those those that you mentioned. The only thing is that tool is really for small to medium sized work, for larger ones im not really sure if they make file-like bits for the drill press or hand drill.
I think before they just use gunting yero, but now there's aviation snips para mas madali. We used to supply TRANSPARENT DYE BASED lacquer paints to exporters in the 80's, sadly naubos nila yung capiz shells natin.
thanks for your reply. i'll consider you suggestion to use dremel tool, but i don't know what the dremel tool looks like, can you send me a pic of that tool? right now i'm using bench grinder to cut capiz shells., some shell company in cebu are using cutting tool that they call it a puncher, it can cut as small as the pinhead, but they don't tell me were to buy in cebu and how it looks like., thank you and God Bless you.
