Mods, pakilipat na lang if i'm posting on the wrong forum...
Nakaisip po kasi ako ng project to use T8/T10 LED tubes for aquarium lighting(wala lang, trip lang). Meron naman pong mura sa CDR-King, but it seems the standard "housing" for aquarium lights is a bit, um shallow for the fixture/tube.
Usually kasi, the light is mounted on one side of the housing; i can't do this for LED tube since the LEDs are oriented to shine downwards.
My guesstimate is that i need a housing that is 700mm x 100mm x 70m (L x W x H); me nagsabi sa akin that the housing is called aluminum open back, which i've seen on window fixtures here in the office(kulay brown but i think merong "plain" aluminum lang). i don't know if there is one with these dimensions.

Kakabili ko lang ng T8 sa CDR King just to experiment. 7 watts yung binili ko at yung buga ng light sinlakas nung inalis ko na 20watts fluorescent bulb.
Me binebenta din sa CDR King na housing worth 180.
Since directional nga yung buga ng LEDS, baka di mo na kelangan gumamit ng alum channel.

yes sir napansin ko rin ung LED tube casing niya. dun ko sana ikakabit sa aluminum channel para wala masyadong glare(meron pa rin po kahit directional na siya 🙂
