im planning to put up a wall with a dimension
2.5 meter Height X 9.75 meter Length @ 4 inch CHB ordinary Finished w/ Plaster Cement @ both Side (Front And Back Wall)
Question Are...
1. How many CHB, Cement, Sand, and Gravel Should i Order? (including Filling up the CHB and Plastering)
2. What Kind Of Sand and Gravel should i use in filling up the CHB's Empty Cavity?
3. What Size of Deform bar should i use? and Its Spacing on Horizontal and Vertical?

Are you building a fence / or perimeter wall ? and if so I don't recommend using a de 4" CHB, your wall height is almost 10 ft, will it have posts and beams in between and above ??
I have to know first the basics before giving the necessary specs of materials.
