Lahat na daw kasama - labor and materials.

Medyo parang napaka mahal naman yata, pero sabi ng Engineer dun, mahal daw ang presyo ng bakal at semento.

Eto nga ho pala yung picture:

Yung total Lot Area is 63sq.m. bale yung bakod at yung flooring is 2m boundary in each side of front, side and back walls - paki tingin nalang po yung pic (medyo maliiit pala). Parang pa "U" shape sya.

Sana po merong makatulong sakin, kc medyo bina budget ko talaga yung pera. Maraming salamat ho.

Re: Concrete Fencing with Steel Gate

bro medyo mahal talaga pag may contractor na kausap. 30% ang patong nila sa laht, some times labor and matterials pinapatungan ng 30% each. yung project ko nga na 5m x 5m na garahe yung pinaka flooring pa lang 11k na ang singil sa labor lang. wala pang matteryales yon.

maybe you can get a quotation from vazbuilt, ang ganda ng mga perimiter fence nila compared to hollow blocks na wall.

Re: Concrete Fencing with Steel Gate

can you post your total perimter for the wall? if your area is 63sqm more or less 7sqm length of each side of the perimeter. so the total length of the wall is 7 x 4 = 28meters

lets assume 2 mason at 1 steel worker siguro pwede na for 2 weeks (this is based on experience lang so its not very quantitative). so assume average wage nila is 400 per day, 3 persons per day. So 1,200 pesos per day.

Tapos 14 days. so lalabas nun 16,800 labor only

yung total area ng wall is 1.8 meters x 28 meters (length of wall) = 50 square meters wall area.

each hollow block is 0.20m x 0.41m = 0.082 square meters per hollow block

50 divided by 0.082 = 610 hollow blocks

8 inch hollow blocks are ... crap di ko na alam price.. i think its uhhh 15??

so 610 x 15 = 9,150

so labor plus hollowblock = 25,950 pesos

Thats as much as i can estimate. May cement , buhangin, gravel at rebards pa kulang.

I agree also with Twisted, try mo vazbuilt. it has a guaranteed pressure rating of 3,500 psi ata. Plus PULIIIIIDOOONG PULIDOOOOO. at mabilis. if its near the prices of the contractors , then go for vazbuilt.

Re: Concrete Fencing with Steel Gate

I don't have much to add here but, regarding the steel gate- you might want to consider pillow block bearings as the hinges. I don't know exactly the bearing number of those (i'm guessing one or both are self aligning to compensate for slight misalignment) or bore diameter... I just notice that they carry large heavy gates well without sagging for years and they're smooth to open. No need for turnbuckled cables or caster on the bottom =).
