Guy need help.

just like to ask is it ok to have 3inch concrete slab for ground floor?

the plan is to add 0.18m - 0.2m on my floor.

the original floor is still intact and ill put Tambak to add height then ill finish it with 3inch concrete.

also what is the prefered ratio ? water : Cement : Gravel : Sand ?

Thankx

Re: Concrete Flooring Estimate

I think there should be no problem with a 3inch slab. Tampering the soil is a good idea then just put rebars (I was just using 8mm spaced 60cm apart) to prevent cracking. For slab on grade, I believe 1 cement: 2.5 sand: 4 gravel should work + enough water for workability but not super slurry.
