Are there any suppliers of engineered bamboo, whether imported or locally produced? Meaning bamboo that has been processed into flat panels or boards. I am interested in getting engineered bamboo itself for use in construction, projects, etc. Not finished products made using engineered bamboo like cutting boards, furniture, etc.
Related but independent question -- Is there any local production of engineered bamboo in the Philippines? Web search turned up a Buglas Bamboo Institute in Negros Oriental. Anyone familiar with them or know if there are other local producers?
TIA
Re: Engineered Bamboo
You can try reading up here. There was some discussion about what you need.

Bamboo flooring, imported from China, seems to be P2,500 per square meter from various sources. Is there any cheaper than that?
For locally manufactured bamboo flooring, supposedly there is Buglas Bamboo Institute, but so far I got no reply from them on to an e-mail inquiry.
As for 'bamboo laminates', is there such a thing? In general, is there such a thing as xxx laminate, where xxx is some wood type, e.g., oak? Isn't laminate made of some plastic-like clear layer over some fiberboard type thing that is somehow made to look like 'real wood' but really isn't?
