Hi experts, I would like to ask what materials are needed to create that Glossy - Non painted - Finish on a concrete wall. Most of the time, i see this on basement parking concrete floors. For my little project, i plan to "paint" this on a rough finished wall. If you can specify brands available (boysen, island, etc), application methods, tips, etc id greatly appreciate it 🙂 thanks
Re: Glossy Concrete Finish for wall - what materials do we need?
It is a special type of concrete coating for parking floors that is epoxy based. Get in touch with ULTRACOTE in pasig and they have a wide range of coating products for such applications whether vertical or horizontal, indoor and outdoor use.

Ask the davies supplier for liquid tile may solid color sila at top clear coat yun ang pinagamit ko sa tegula roofing para may shine
Re: Glossy Concrete Finish for wall - what materials do we need?
i got the clear top coat liquid tile variety from Davies. I wonder if i could replace the first coating of penetrating sealer with a concrete neutralizer (since i have a neutralizer available), any thoughts? thanks!
i've used Davies liquid tile on my concrete shelves, works great. Just make sure no dust or construction going on. Apply a first coat / dry. Then sand with fine sandpaper and apply a second coat. Has lasted a couple of years so far with no problem. If the sheen is TOO HIGH you can bring it down with fine paper as well.
@ghost how do we prime the surface prior to davies liquid tile?
first time i heard of this material - liquid tile ... i need to read more on this and see if i can use it for the roof deck floor ... my main criteria is it's not slippery ("madulas") ... thanks for sharing the info on this material ... cheers
Boo!
HI boo we'd appreciate it if you can share your experience with DAvies Liquid Tile. Im not so sure if it can be durable enough for floors, but if it can, that would be great! i remember using PYE slate seal (expensive though) to make my rough ceramic tile shiny and glossy, so far , ok pa.
no problemo ... i'll share with everyone whatever info i get on this liquid tile and if can use it in the roof deck as a floor material protection ... i read through the boysen website and it looks promising for my needs ... it's the same principle as how you use polyurethane to protect woods in areas where there is too much traffic ... cheers
