It's difficult estimating without the plan. Kung plain GI, get the flat area which in your case is 10 meters by 12 meters for the overhang. So total flat area is 120 sq. meters. You have to add a percentage to account for the slope of the roof. If the slope is moderate, add 8%. So you need around 130 sq. meters of GI. If you use the thinnest GI, it is around P28 per linear foot. You will need around 18 sheets per side of one 10 foot and 1 12 foot. So for GI alone, you need to budget around P22,000.

tnx po...assuming po na color roof ang gamitin ko at gus2 ko yong makapal magkano po ang magagastos ko sa materyals excluding yong wood trusses?

Prices will vary among suppliers and roof designs. Call any of the roofing suppliers for an estimate saying that you need 756 linear foot or if they prefer say that you will be covering 120 sq meters, doble agua. They will be able to give you a quick estimate.

regarding roof materials i would suggest metal trusses built up from angle bars. provide insulation foam insulation 6mm thick plus 2 sides aluminum will do. lastly tilespan prepainted would look nice. gauge 24 on all roof sheets including flashing and gutter.

i would like to ask magkano kya ang magagastos ko sa roof. ang bhay ko kc is naka slab p lng since nagkulang ang budget namin ang sukat ng bhay ko is 9x12.8 sqm steel truses saka tilespan ang gagamitin? me nag estimate kc dati nanghihingi ng 220k parang masyado mahal bka me pde kau refer n mas makakamura kmi thanks....
