Hello mga sir...If anyone knows supplier for kitchen aluminum frame and handles...as well as melamine board....TIA..
Re: Kitchen Aluminum frame and handle
Hi eavesdropper, You may search for Hafele's contact info for such items. For melamine boards, I think there have been several discussion about it in the other threads, the "Search" tool is your best friend.
Please do have time to share more about yourself in the Member's Intro thread, we would like to know more about our fellow DIYers.

@jarod...Hi Sir...Thank you very much....Although I'm very new to this forum...rest assured I'll do participate and share some ideas from the best of my ability to help other forumer's...
And this forum will be helpful as I do fond of exploring and trying things...that might bring new ideas and modification in doing things of our daily lives...
Btw..Is Hafele is expensive brand? China made will do I think? TIA...
@Joey..Sir thanks...
Re: Kitchen Aluminum frame and handle
^Hafele is a German brand but you'll be surprised that there are a lot cheaper and better items on sale on their warehouse. It's worth the trip if you're in the look for a handful of kitchen hardware.

I don't have the address right now, but I have the GPS coordinates:
(14.531162994971687, 121.06678247451782)
Search for the above in google maps and it'll point you to the exact location.

15 to 14 decimal places on degrees is a precision of about 6.4 to 64 nanometers on Earth's surface. What part of the warehouse is that, exactly?
And may we know what device or program produced that precision?
Re: Kitchen Aluminum frame and handle

guad,
joey81 could have probably got that in his GPS, wikimapia or on a mapping device. No matter how vague it seemed, there was a direction on how to use that info. It doesn't really matter how precised it is in nanometers or what part of the warehouse it is, I believe we are wise enough to understand that using that will give you an answer to the question.
We could discuss technicalities all day but what matters is whether we helped the person or just made the answer more difficult than the question itself. Let's just try to make it simpler.
eaves,
As I told you search is your best friend, google could be too. Typing "hafele" in google will give you about 2,440,000 results in 0.05 seconds which will in turn lead you to this...
http://www.hafele.com.ph/ph/en/
Häfele Philippines Inc.
Levi Mariano Avenue
Barangay Ususan, Taguig City 1638
Metro Manila Philippines
Tel.: +63(02) 571-3678 / 571-3687 / 571-3690 / 571-3684
Fax: +63(02) 571-3699 / 571-3203
Some may wonder how did I come up with "about 2,440,000 results in 0.05 seconds"? It is given by google and most specially because I tried it.
Re: Kitchen Aluminum frame and handle
Ack, I missed putting a 🙂 .
I still am curious though to know the program/website that gave out that number of decimal places, because 1) it says something about the software, 2) I have not encountered such software so far, and 3) I could use such example for educational/instructional purposes. Unless I missed something, neither Google Earth, Google Maps, nor Wikimapia puts out that amount of (misleading) precision.
jarod: Yes, of course.
Re: Kitchen Aluminum frame and handle
Akala ko may nag-away na dahil sa akin. :p
Im using a Garmin with a map from www.roadguide.ph. Since the map doesn't include a database of addresses, I must rely on coordinates to specify my destination.
I followed the instructions on this page http://lifehacker.com/#!267361/how-to-find-latitude-and-longitude to get the coordinates.
That value is a copy-paste from the result of the java script. I didn't realize how many "useless" decimal places there are because it was my son who typed it into the navigator. Kaya pala natagalan siya. 😉
And I was stupid enough to allow the stupid Garmin to lead me through Taguig town proper. I should have gone through the C5 way.
Re: Kitchen Aluminum frame and handle
Useful info/good example ... and looks like an old hack ... probably from before Google Maps could give the coordinates directly. (And it isn't clear that JavaScript is 100% to blame in this case; it could be the app, Google Maps.)
Simpler method nowadays, in Google Maps:
Right click on point of interest --> 'Center map here' --> Left click on 'Link'
OR
Right click on point of interest --> 'What's here?' --> Left click on green arrow
Re: Kitchen Aluminum frame and handle
Thanks guad, my apologies as well as I perceived it the other way around.
Re: Kitchen Aluminum frame and handle
