i came across different types of puttys, and i don't know what's the difference between them.. i have heard about glazing putty, gypsum joint compound, boreal (is that correct, powdered form to be mixed with water type of putty).. so which is best to use? TIA

i have had good results with RJ concrete putty for application to surface imperfections on plywood.
its relatively cheap if you buy by the gallon.
