I'm planning to buy many silicone sealants for several DIY projects (window glazing, door, etc). I would highly appreciate if you can voice out your experiences with silicone sealants that you've used in the past.

Please avoid Dow Corning.
I have tried GP sealant for windows. Problem: cannot be painted. You have to apply another layer of a paintable sealant like Dunn Edwards.
It depends on your needs. Prosil is for the roof. Good quality.
