Not familiar with this bro specially the "GLOW IN THE DARK" but maybe you can try sa sulit or check out home depots near your place or try to Google search mo, minsan may lumalabas na local supplier nyang stair nosing na hinahanap mo.
And alam ko kasi ay using aluminum strips or angle bars or some roughened pvc planks strips or the rubberized stainless flat strips.

yea i really needed a ton of luck in searching. there are alot online but from US! i wouldn't want to ship just for this stuff - i can't justify the fee for this item (odd size).
if all else fails, i might just go for raven (available in mall hardwares, wilcon, home depot, etc...)
