Re: what exterior wall cladding material to use..??

HELLO there too hellokitty,

In the span of 10 or plus years, exterior wall claddings have become very popular and very successful for the end users and manufacturer, and in the present marke today, there are so many kinds/types of cladding that a builder or a home user can choose, from hard wood, tiles, true stones, concrete stones, and several metals like stainless panels, brass, copper or aluminum.

Now you said aluminum is kinda expensive for you and it seems you want a different look not using concrete, one waterproof and fireproof material is the Hardisenepa, its a product of Hardiflex used for ceiling or interior cladding, only its a thicker one of about 1/2" in thickness and 10" or 12" in width, so that makes it really sturdy and tough to break. How about using tough tiles, the thick ones for your cladding, this sure are water proof when properly installed or perhaps for concrete ledges, you can clad it with the old time favorite of cream colored fine pebble wash out, wash outs are tough too when properly laid out and applied with clear gloss poly to keep it shiny and waterproof.

Hope this helps !!! 😉 🙂 😎

You can try using polycarbonate.
