Yup much cheaper to buy the kit than to buy it individualy, glue roller alone would cost you 5$. 😀

Well it takes a day and a haft to finish the carcass but it takes me the whole day lay outing for the top. MDF is heavy and for me working alone in the shop it’s a work out. 🙁

So here after cutting the mdf to size made a t square to mark the absolute center.

Drill a lot of holes for screw and cutting the two piece to size.

After that carefully miter frame to wrap around the edges.

Used a speed square to cut 45°

Number 20 biscuit to attach the edge banding.

Clamp it tight.

With the panel cutter I cut the base of the fence.

Fence assembly complete.

Layout holes and screw and preassemble. Dry.

Not a very good progress for me, maybe this Saturday things will go differently

For the top and fence, MDF is more reliable for flatness than plywood...
