Re: Deluxe Router Table build

Jay this is the one I’m telling you about paint mixer. Especially if you are mixing hard epoxy primer

Is this the one from Ace? It's looks big and long or it's only the picture playing tricks.

Thanks for posting this. Soon I will be needing one. Will try to hook it up to an air drill.

Re: Deluxe Router Table build

In addition to the RT we need a jig to safely and accurately hold down the stock for this I build a coping sled. Here are the materials.

And a couple of motor cycle parts.:)

Re: Deluxe Router Table build

Cut a slot using the RT and this is also the part where I almost cry. Thought my Triton router broke as after this cut it won’t start. Have to remove carbon brush and clean it, relief as it start again.. hweew..

Drill counter sink using the DP.

Re: Deluxe Router Table build

Assembling the parts used anti slip tape so that the stock won’t move.

Test Routing.

Hold up very well.

hehehe, so you did find residue of it inside :p... the router does have to breathe and it has to take in air and whatever is in it... glad things are fine. 😉

Re: Deluxe Router Table build

hey chisel,

no plans yet to make the groove for the miter slot? or nevermore?

i got a simple sled using a laminate flooring material and i wonder if i can somehow modify it by installing another toggle clamp that is adjustable at the front end.

but whoa, yours is a nice build that will serve you well from hereon.

cheers!
