Re: My Fourth Router Table Build...

the guide is composed of plywood (scraps in my case) and very very easy to make...

Re: My Fourth Router Table Build...

got the carcass sanded and painted with an Ivory color (free paint, I just saw it lying around :p)... and today I got the drawer materials cut to size waiting for hardware (slides) and bottom material to be bought. the drawers will be nothing fancy, just plain ply butt jointed and screwed or nailed (depending on my mood )...

Is this particular brand available at ACE?

Did you edge band the plywood?

Re: My Fourth Router Table Build...

got the top glued and cut with a CS, a bit of pain to square since I wanted it very square. edge banding to follow. I will be using the 2 x 4 on top for that...

experimenting on hardwood slides, they seem to glide vry nice, even with the drawer loaded... btw, gave it the correct sized wheels that gave it the correct height...

I also cut the 1/4" Narra veneered plywood which will serve as the faces for the drawers...

Re: My Fourth Router Table Build...

Are you using rubber caster wheels or plastic? I am interested with the noise kasi by the plastic ones.

Will you also be doing a new fence?
