Re: My Fourth Router Table Build...

the portable rt has a unsightly damaged but flat top pa naman, and the mobile stand fits the 2012NB thicknesser well. I planned to make a stand for the thicknesser, but since the fit was perfect, I decided I'll use it and make a dedicated rt instead, also the bit holder I have lacks the space already(seems you need more bit space as well), this new rt provided the space to make me broke again :p., the router bits you do not use, you can lend them to me so it can be used... hahahaha, those big bits(CMT ba yan o Freud?) are gorgeous....
I have the plans for what I am building and I can share it with you if you like...

the big bits are made by speedway (china made but from detailed inspection they looked precisely machined) and yes they are also gorgeous like a CMT or freud and they look forward to me making doors for shop cabinets in the near soon (i dearly hope).

by the time the shop is organized then its time for me to get the 2012NB.hehe

Re: My Fourth Router Table Build...

made some t-screws for the fence hold-downs by adding aluminum and knobs using t-nuts...

installing them into place, and securing the fence. locks very nice and slides very smooth...

with the fence locked down, time to check the squareness again. it is as good as I hoped it would be...

Re: My Fourth Router Table Build...

I'm going to check the Woodfilla. The paint really turned out smooth and good looking considering that material is plywood.

Re: My Fourth Router Table Build...

You won't put a hose leading outside from the main cabinet? I like how you integrated the switch into the cabinet.
