Re: My Fourth Router Table Build...

your rt is very "delicious" now....hehe..makes me want to build another and another...

the color is wow! matches your mighty triton! id like to dismantle the bits lid compartment of my rt and try that color..hmmm..i spray painted mine with light blue to which i regret until now..haha!

i am afraid,if i had yours, id gladly put it at the center of our living room and let my friends/visitors wonder if that is our new coffee table!

cheers!

Re: My Fourth Router Table Build...

did you freehand the groove/notched portion?

If so, then nauna yung piece to be inlaid, trace, then free hand router then stick it in?

Re: My Fourth Router Table Build...

made the door handles, mounted them. placed stops for the top which will keep it in place together with gravity. and got the rt in its final place.

the drawers getting their residents as well...

hard to fill the router bit storage, now I have space for more, budget for it na lang...

also got the dc done, all I need to do is make the door...

was a long day...

Re: My Fourth Router Table Build...

after laying out the hole for the router to go into, I drill 4 holes for the jigsaw blade to enter. and with a jigsaw I cut the hole as close to the line as possible.

I highly recommend you use the the Bosch progressor blades... highly!!!

Thanks sir Golden and sir Timber for the blade! I am a believer now. Use it on marine ply to cut my push stick - LINIS!
and..... Used it to cut a hole on a 15mm particle board with double face melamine - NO CHIP OUTS!

Will get 1 pack soon. BTW, sir golden can I have the contact persons number and name. the one from Batangas st. sya kasi yung malapit sa kin.

Thanks!

Re: My Fourth Router Table Build...

a little upgrade on my rt... nakaka ingit kasi yung kay Ryobi. all weather... eto bullet proof naman
material: Phenolic! from 2' x 3'

reduced to 21" x 32", cut-off will serve as router fence...

started to make the hole, this is a through hole and no catch.

the with an Bosch 18volt Lithium Ion drill, I make holes for the jigsaw blade to start on.
