i've seen many RT designs, but nothing beats the master's RT .
simple, very versatile, and lots of bits storage.
this is no de-luxe, ultimate or all weather RT i am doing,
but the master's design, does it all for the RT.
having some of the basic RT accessories, the plate, t-tracks, and phenolic board,
it's time to replace my old RT.

to see the basic sketches , just visit this thread....

it's a long weekend, at dumating ng hindi ina-asahan yung phenolic board,

to start with the build...
i came up with the materials.
2 pcs 3/4 plywood and a 2x6 lumber, for the table top edges.

then cut using a straight-edge guide, onto the sawhorse.

Re: my router table build.

then sanded,

for the application of the epoxy primer ( some are leftover epoxy primer, freshen the paint with the use of epoxy reducers )...

then sanded again...

tommorrow if time permits, will coat it with epoxy enamel ( also my left over paint )

Re: my router table build.

Same here, time out muna ako sa mga projects. Looking forward for your finished RT, di man kasing high tech ng RT ni Ryobiwankinobe at least its a major upgrade from your present RT. 😉

Re: my router table build.

ryo,

kaw dyan ang master no !!!
pre-finishing pa lang ako,
hindi ko pa nakakalikot yung phenolic board.
long wait pa ito bago ma-finish...

i really need to build a good RT,

just applied 1st coat ng epoxy enamel,

thanks to both of you...

Re: my router table build.

and here's my recent WIPS...

had an ample time for the assembly of the cabinet...

made some corrections on some issues.

then checked until the top ( phenolic board ) will be flat with the carcass top edge ...

still not enough time...

next will be the back cover...
