only manage to glued the drawer bit holder with the front...

hiya kasi ako i-post yung wip,
for personal documentation lang kasi itong pics,
manually made lang yung ( not that perfect ) tenon with a hand tool like the jap saw.
atat na atat!!! na nga akong gamitin yung incra,
mabagal lang talaga yung build...

rabbeting with a 1/4 straight bit...
then with a 1/4 wide, 1/4 deep dado...

after sanding to remove most tear-outs,
i dry fit the drawer sides and fronts...
and check if it fits into the drawer opening...

i always use a Uni brand plywood..from 700p in 1996 to the current price of 1300p from local store...
havent tried Sta Clara but they always participate sa Philconstruct handing you a small piece of their sample at their booth.

as of 1st week of november, bumili ako ng 3/4 marine ply at 995php...
kahapon bumili ako 1/4 ordinary ply for my drawer bottom at 280php.
i ask the 3/4 marine, 1,100 na...
ang kamahal, tapos "AMPAW" pa...
actually meron pa akong sample ng sta clara, from last year philconstruct...
meron daw sa meycuayan ,
at sabi ni classmate willy meron din daw sa balagtas bulakan...
hindi ko pa napapasyalan kung saan,
someday hahanapin ko yun,
gusto ko rin makita yung magandang plywood :rolleyes:

The favorite plywood among Pinoy Boatbuilders is Tuffply. It's what I use and I found its quality unmatched by any I see in hardwares. I have not seen Sta. Clara but I heard it used to be the favorite too, until Tufply came along. I'm pasting below the dealers as contained in pinoyboats.org. May be useful info to many of you here. BTW, I am in no way connected to Tuffply nor do I receive any benefits in posting links to them. I'm just a happy customer.
