finally decided to build one yesterday... cut the materials and bought the hardware today...
I had minor alignment issues initially, but the fix was simple and easy, now works great...

i also made a router mortising jig, i used all locally available hardware i can aquire, like wing nuts, t- nuts, the knobs...yes the knobs, etc. copied it from SHOPNOTES vol 19 issue 112.

ok na sana, very clean ang cut, but my bit is short, limited lang ang depth of cut...i think i really need a spiral up-cut bit afterall.

i used my 3612c both in and out of the table. tyagaan lang talaga sa pagtangal, i always remove my router after used, nasa labas kasi ng bahay ang rt ko (nag-iingat sa malilikot ang kamay) i guess i'm stucked on using this 3612c my other d-handle router seldom ko na gamitin...with this jig, mortising is a breeze to do, what more pa if you have a spiral up-cut bit...cheers, good luck sa pagawa mo ng jig

i have 3 routers already. sigh....
3612c, an inherited craftsman router dedicated to bbn's dovetail jig and the awesome bosch gmr1. Its four if you count the maxsell (dang lemon)
