Here is my new entry to this thread..i hope it will impress those who have limited space in their shop like me.
My new Shopmate: Adjustable height Table Saw and Miter Saw extension.
Made of pvc pipe, threaded rod and sirang stand fan.
kung wala ka pang sirang stand fan, make one now.
here as table saw outfeed extension.
pwede rin sa gilid as extension for miter cut sa sled ng TS. (i have better results doing this on TS rather than on SCMS
Doing wonders for me so far and very happy with it.
Nai-submit ko na sa Phil. Inventors Society of the Phils. and nag-apply nako ng pattent...he he eh..joke!

HEHEHEHEHEHEHEHE, Idea is very similar to mine, only I welded a 2 ton old hydraulic jack, then welded a plate above the jack and with a clamping device which serves as a support for pipes , angle bars or tubulars when cutting or welding. Hindi ko lang pino post kasi busy sa WIP for stick welding on thin sheet metal. The top plate can be raised to desired height by pumping the jack and also can be rotated at any direction.
