First idea is to use MDF and Formica. Since I have these (1/2” phenolic board) it will save me a lot of time rather than using MDF & Formica.

I’m rounding the edge of this using the disk sander .
To fit this groove.
And CA ¼” bolt to attach to the body of the fence.

Assembling the piece.
And here it is attach to the fence only take me 4 hours to build this and with the use of CA as a glue it speed up the build.

In addition to the fence I also upgraded the measuring tape of my table saw with this model.:thumbup:
