I don't think the plans are open source or public domain; therefore not allowed to share/post/etc. IIRC, for those who really must have plans, the plans are priced quite low ($10) and reasonable given the time/effort to produce them.

Built this workbench sometime (~2 yrs) ago. Didn't use plans. It's a simple torsion box. One can make it to whatever design and dimensions one wants or needs. Actually, am building a second one now, slightly different. Below are pics of the first one.

Parts:

Used dowels for alignment during gluing:

Before finishing the interior and gluing the top. Not shown here are supports for a middle rod which is positioned slightly off-center (designed for dimensions of particular tools, e.g., Bosch 4100 table saw, etc.), screwed in after the interior was finished but before gluing the top.

Re: Ultimate Workbench by Ron Paulk

I took some photo last night of my table saw with its removable table top con insert made of 1/2" HDF material.

@armand

Plano ko gawan ng talagang pangmatagalan na with long rip fence at with zero clearance insert.

I guess to increase table rigidity and lose some weight.

this thread is enjoyable.
