bro, ganda na ng ultimate wb mo ah...i want to see the motorized lift in action soon.
sayang naman yung mga biscuits...imo kahit wala na siguro biscuits.hehe
oh bakit ka gumamit ng shelwood? nag skimp ka pa hehe...imo pang light duty lang ang shelwood..i had a bottle of that still half full...besides gummy masyado ang shelwood kahit tuyo na...bumabara sa katam.
busy ako sa facelift ng room...i took some pictures pero i cant upload sa photobucket...
i removed the old lawanit ceiling and currently in the process of replacing it with pvc panels...one man job haha! isang panel, 5 akyat baba sa hagdan with the help from a quick grip irwin clamp! total of 45 panels...halfway palang ako..nagtagal ako laying out the electricals kasi..to supply the pinlights, ceiling fan, lcd projector, video rca plug, pati LAN socket (ROYU, 134pesos..hirap maghanap..puro telephone outlet...i hope i wont mess the 8wire connection ng LAN cable..colour blind kasi ako..waah)
bought 1 box loomex 1.6mm columbia 2,600pesotas na! nung 2003 2,300p lang! me cheap counterpart, 2,200p, 400p price difference din pero columbia pa din ako o kaya phelps dodge...some utility boxes and junction box...got all materials na..impt talaga layout muna ng wiring before doing the facelift..and some imagination of the finished work will help haste things..
busy ang long nose plier, wire stripper and cutter ko..haha
sige ipunin ko nalang muna pics..then batch upload.

thanks v naniguro lang ako sa biscuit dahil ngayon ko lang na try ung shelwood glue mura kc . Tama ka V masyado gummy ung glue anyway dry up to 8hrs sunlight before i used the woods para sure ang dikit well in my experience sa shelwood glue matibay din try to separate ung excess wood na pinagputulan .....using hammer di natangal sa dikit nawasak ung wood hehehe muntik na rin ung daliri hahahaha:hammer::D

Bro ok din ba itong mortising jig na ito. Meron din ako pero hindi ko pa nasubukan. Ozito yata ang brand name.

I have the same Ozito but it would not fit my Ryobi DP.:(

As for what I have read, just make sure that the square chisels are still sharp as the DP's lowering head/spool act as the weight/pushing mechanism in slowly bringing in the square chisel into the cavity-ed wood. This creates a lot of stress on the DP, more so when using dull square chisels.
