Hi there bro archie013,

WELCOME bro and please do post pics to of your VW restoration, I'm very interested coz I'm also an owner of a bug which has been sitting here in my place for quite sometime already. 've had it since college days pa and just out grew and got tired of driving it. I never sold it coz I was thinking and hoping that someday I'll be able to have it repaired or restored for my sons pag nanalo sa Lotto or SWeepstakes, LOL. 😀 :attack:

Anyway do share some tricks and tips on your VW restoration para may mapulot naman kami. Ask ko lang bro, are you a member of the VW club of the Philippines?

tpos na po siya and almost done na din kasama engine reconditioning, etc... kaaliw magrestore ng bug bro... I'm sure kung matanda na ung volks mo.. medyo dami ka aayusin dyan but I'm certain dami ka period correct items dyan like correct speedo, switches, knobs, etc.. Sana lng buo pa body niya.. un ang medyo mahirap eh.. pag kinalawang na ung body 🙁 wala pa kasi ako masyado sheet metal experience kaya di ako marunong mag acetylene and welding.. hehe.

taga saan ka sir? silipin natin minsan bug mo kung magkalapit lng tyo hehe.. dito po sa area namin 6 vw owners na kakilala ko... sana mas dumami pa..

member po ako ng VWCP pero sa forum lng... wala pa time at money to become an Official member - may bayad kasi tpos sa Los Banos pa ung chapter HQ ng laguna - medyo malayo sa min 🙂
