Aesthetics reason ba sir?
Ignengine block, medyomtago naman shanso why bother? Valve coverbusually ang alam kong pinepaint nila, powder coating usually.
For exhaust manifold, i wouldrather wrap it na lang if aesthetics lang ang habol.
Pero kung heat shield ang ipepaint, high temp na lang nga siguro,pero never ko pa natry kaya di ko alam kung long lasting talga

OK High Temp Paint ... find the highest heat range paint you can find from a good brand.
Wire wheel brush mo muna manifold if you have an angle grinder.
