I am currently installing a burglar alarm system and I want to know where can I find Laser sensors that will trigger once beam is cut. Also, since my house is full of glass doors and windows, May I know from the techies, wher can I buy breaking glass sensors.

Re: Burglar Alarm System

I haven't seen a laser equipped burglar alarm locally... most of them are infrared based.

Re: Burglar Alarm System

meron mga glass break alarm sensors na taiwan made, fairly cheap lang just attach to the glass and oks na.

meron din mga motion sensor alarms which you can still to high walls or ceilings, once may dumaan tutunog ng sobrang annoying ehehehe, it is controlled by a remote control included in the unit.

Our office uses a combination of motion sensors and infrared alarms.

Re: Burglar Alarm System

I installed a burglar alarm system in my house.

Re: Burglar Alarm System

more or less 28K ginastos ko 2 years ago. 2 motion detectors 4door/window sensors, 1 control panel and 2 remote controls.

Re: Burglar Alarm System

Vice, ok ba ang Rover? I mean effective ba?
May logo syang Aso.

Re: Burglar Alarm System

Re: Burglar Alarm System

I just bought one of those el-cheapo halogen lamps with a motion sensor. There were two models at the Handyman near us: a 175w for P700 and a 500w for P900.

At first I thought of buying the 175w models, electricity costs being what they are. Then it occurred to me that these will turn on only when needed, or when they are needed most, so 500w would be better. Besides the difference seems very reasonable.

Aside from this, earlier we installed a motion sensing alarm. This another el-cheapo but it seems to be fine. We've been using it for about 3 months now. These have two modes: chime and alarm. Power is either from a 9v battery or an adapter. When using an adapter, the unit can drive a external siren.
