hi bonruiz, i myself is very much interested on this after the house of my brother was ransacked last year. from my search i have found a fairly nice circuit for this with pcb. parts are commonly available and building it is straight forward. i still have yet to find information on how to effectively and safely set up the fence. please check out below link, hope this some how gets you started.

Just not so sure if this is allowed in our country, I myself wanted to have this for a long long time but kinda skeptic if it will be allowed in my area. Just keep in mind, electricity kills and is very dangerous.

hi rosy, i've seen houses in the san juan area having electrified fence on top of a high concrete wall with the corresponding warning. Intruders would not be killed by the high voltage it produce but from the fall after being jolted from the nasty shock. this should also be useful in farms to fend off unwanted visitors. not sure if there are specific ordinances on its use or does it need any specific permit. your local barangay should be able to answer this me think.

I asked a professional elec fence builder...sobra namn mahal, outrageous...in today's world we have to be very vigilant and not be at the mercy of unlawful criminals with loose firearms...very unfair to those who honestly pay taxes. I hope somebody can help simplify peace of mind. This is not rocket science. Maraming salamat po.
