Looks like interference to me.
Ganun din ba kahit anong station sa radio mo? How about pag ibang charger naman.

Tingin ko rin interference.
Pwede bang battery-powered yung radyo mo? If you still hear the hum when on batteries, most likely its interference.

Brad, if you are too bothered by this occurrence, simply consult a licensed electrician, mas mai bibigay nya sa iyo ang tamang answer maybe by also observing and showing him what happens when turn on your radio or charge your CPs and others. Kung may differencia ang linya, let him do the checking and fixing.

Hi! Try charging from other outlet. If this persist, probably an interference. If it stop, go back to the first outlet and have the connections fixed and cleaned-up.
