i have an old ibm laptop. p3 pa sya. pwede ba i-WIFI ito? what hardware do i need tobuy?

you should install a wifi card using either pcmcia or usb

any estimate on how much wifi card?

tpos if i already havee the card. pde na ko mag access ng net sa wifi spots like airport/starbucks etc?

once you have a wifi card you can access wifi spots or even your wireless router

If you need to improve your router permanence, you need to check with https://www.router-reset.com/router-login-web-interface/Arris - has a lot of tips how to configure it and make it better. Was really useful, as i'm totally lame at all this computer stuff.
