Looking for nec 824a igbt or 2sd824a or 2sd825a. Been to deeco n alexan no luck...

yep try RS Components. just prepare for ripoff pricing LOL. but definitely convenient for some hard to find stuff

just transfer the funds to their BPI, they ship the stuff via 2go, usually the items come from singapore. takes a few days

try e-gizmo @ taft ave. they also deliver.. they have lots of catalog regarding ic's

@ root, thanks for sharing the info of this local online site. i'm really having a hard time getting the parts that i need for my home automation project. i hope they have stock of the parts that i need for my project. i saw in their website that they also provide PCB fabrication, it's just not clear whether they do it in-house or they outsource it to their china partners ... cheers
