why not use lawn mower sir rosy? i think its more convenient and safe compared to grass cutter.. its perfect for carabao grass IMO..

Well its possible bro phezthie but maybe it may not work here kasi mabato ang area. Dilikado yung malaking blade sa ilalim ng motor pag tumama sa talim yung mga bato. Speaking of lawn mower, I was with my friend and garden supplier in the nearby town and was offering me one of his two surplus lawn mowers from Australia, you know those coming in sa Subic and being auction off by lots, anyway I thought it may not work for me since part of my place is rolling and I've gotten used to using this line trimmers and they are more cheaper than the large lawn mowers. :rolleyes:

The mowers were still in good condition, I like the motor/engine actually coz its Briggs and Stratton, one of the considered best brand when it comes to petrol fed motor/engine and water pumps.

Anyway I will think about your suggestion and see my options, baka naman pu pwede rin in the long run. hehehe 😀

Been busy this past days on the property, since rains have been pouring in during the late afternoon or evening, plants have become alive and are growing fast and wild again, so have to do some trimming of the lawn ground covers.

Started grass trimming at mid morning and hopefully finish this portion by mid afternoon or before 6pm. More ground will have to be trimmed.

Yes my friend Ernie, it will be perfect for your place at Big handy's place. You can even do it yourself every weekend when you are there and its very light to use. There are other brands that are available where I usually get it here in Tanay. Every Friday and Saturday, my supplier of these garden grass trimmers/cutters is available with a lifetime warranty pa. Every time a part gets worn out, just bring it to him for free replacement or repair. 😀

Prices ranges from Php 2,800.- to 3,500.- up to 5,500.- , depending on what type of attachment one will buy, if it the nylon string type only, of the one with metal blade or a combination of both. 😎

There are lots of these surplus available around but not sure if they can give you the lifetime after sales service my supplier can offer. 😉

Sorry bro no pics yet, I forgot to bring the camera yesterday galing kasi ako sa talyer, may be next Friday/Saturday when I see the seller again.

The zipline ? No haven't tried it yet, kinda interesting and fun, may be someday when time permits.

Forgot to take a picture, friday i bought a fujihama 2 stroke grass cutter, then yesterday was at Big Handy and assembled and started it. Will be goung up for weekend next week and hopefully malaki na na grass cutter ng tao ko. Will take pic of the unit. This one uses the metal blades.

Does it have no attachment for nylon strings, coz this is safer compared to using only blades. Para sa talahib, ok yung blades, but fot lower and softer grass growth, the nylon string will do and is safer to use.

OH, don't ever ever forget to add or prepare its own gas and oil mixture on a separate container, never use direct petrol on the tank, masusunog at puputok ang engine nyan specially the piston. 😮 😮

Yep, lesson learned actually. Thats why i had to buy a new one. My kawasaki td40 surrendered na, i think our workers pours unleaded straight sa tank then add 2T after.

Well I guess I'll be busy again this weekend on the property lawn, trimming over grown hedges and cutting carabao grass once more since we've been having rains and thunderstorms almost every afternoon here in our area or Rizal province. Sagana sa dilig ang mga halaman kaya ang bilis lumaki !! LOL
