its ok to try this sir and these items were tested prior to production and selling..but the best way to control mosquito and mice was cleanliness in your place..removing stagnant water where mosquito larvae breed in your areas is the key otherwise sealed aircon room or "kulambo will do the trick"..

mahirap yan cleanliness kasi compound kami nakatira and nature of busines namin is construction/aluminum/steel works, so u can imagine gano kagulo at kadumi 😀 another thing is we're in main road kaya yung pest control na yan ang naiisip ko.
ung ibang daga kasi mas malaki pa sa pusa 🙂

Re: electric pest/mosquito repellant

For me, I'm using the B*ygon Mat version of its mosquito repellants. The other one I believe is the liquid version (the one that looks like a car perfume). Effective naman for a small sala otherwise get 2 of these.

The mats are cheap to, around 3(discounted) pesos per mat and good for 8 hours. Try to look for the discounted refill boxes kung meron pa sa mga malls.

Re: electric pest/mosquito repellant

There are also non-chemical types. Such as those generating sound waves. In any case, the range of reach is quite limited.

Had tried a few brands of electronic mosquitoes repellants over the years, some seem to work better than others in a way or two of sorts, and I had been wondering bout it ‘til I came across this article somewhere that a specific audio frequency emitted by these devices are effective to some species of skitters, and another specific frequency is effective against another species. (there must be at least a dozen biting species)

The blood thirsty female skitters hates being bugged (imagine that?) by the male skitter when its pregnant (needing the protein from thee blood), therefore avoids HIM when it hears the vibrations generated by the male’s (wing vibrations?).

Therefore you may made need to experiment or research further which works for which. Hirap noh?

Audio frequencies generated are also a nuisance to certain mice or rodents but it may not be immediately effective and may take weeks or months to see the effect. Its equivalence to humans is whether one can tolerate living besides a public market or a busy airport (0r even a noisy disco bar). Pero kung wala kang pera, at nagugutom ka, wala ka nang pakialam sa ingay ng kapit bahay…so to speak..

Hope this helps. 🙂

Thanks for the article!

I saw a similar device at True Value, but the label states that it will only work on mice.

for rats bigger than cats kuha ka ng aso na terrier line o breed (jack russel) papatayin lahat ang daga dun.

For insects gamit ko is vapona a lot cheaper than baygon and it is a concentrate bili ka sa mga agri shops. For me mas effective patay lahat ng crawling and flying insects hindi pa ganun kabaho. pag sa loob ng bahay mas marami ako halo tubig para hindi ganun katapang.
