Re: LCD Wall Mount bracket?
I see alot of VESA mounts in ACE, etc.
DIY... I think the most crucial part would be to make sure that your VESA mounting holes (the ones where the TV'd be screwed on be precisely drilled according to the VESA standard of your appliance.

Safety first - always wear face/eye/ear/hand protection as a minimum.
Re: LCD Wall Mount bracket?
Go to Sight and Sounds at Shangri-la Mall. Depends on what size LCD you have. The ones for small LCDs 32" and below are cheaper. Even available at Ace Hardware etc. But the heavy duty brackets pictured above for a 40" + LCD could cost anywhere from 9-20k depending on the brand.
I don't think you'll want to risk a DIY on your expensive LCD. I don't think it'll look good. Although I've thought about it myself using slotted angle bars would seem possible.

@kenneth,
it sounds like discouraging to me.
i dont like to risk my expensive LCD on cheaper wall mount bracket either.
i have already have my plan to build LCD bracket and still waiting for available metal to use.
of course, safety and strenght are the #1 concern and the looks as third concern.
Remember, this is DIY forum.
i am really a fan of japanese thinking: someone said that its already 100% strong, japanese will just tell you - no, make it 120-150% stronger. pls dont quote me 🙂

Where can I get speaker brackets that will fit those small satellite speakers by Bose (acoustimass)?
Tried the Perfect View but the thread of their screw is too thick. The Bose brackets cost P1.2k apiece! So far, I mounted mine by improvising on some shelf brackets and metal screw. But I'm looking for something more pulido.

Re: LCD Wall Mount bracket?
weight anyway isnt of a problem with these acoustimass satellites.
unless you want to redirect their orientation and so you need a ball head type metal brackets.
id be contented with a wooden shelf for these beauties.
to each his own..hehe

Re: LCD Wall Mount bracket?
I'm using that kind of LCD mount, it swings and tilts too. Price is around 10t at sight and sounds shangri-la. Look for Vic the owner. Btw it's SABRE brand, comes in either gray or black. Good thing about this mount is it comes with complete hardware unlike other brands na kulang yung mga screw types na kasama.

Yes. But mine are hanging from the ceiling so I had to improvise some brackets. Maybe I'll just woodsmith me some handsome brackets.
