Just got a new house (townhouse) and it needs a bit of "touching up."

Basic list includes the following:
- intruder alarms for sliding window, sliding door, and front door
- fire alarm
- heavy duty clothesline - was looking at the retractable ones and built up wall mount kits, but i don't think they can support jeans and bed sheets
- toilet racks - stainless/glass material
- wall mount hot water system
- decorative curtain rods - kits will do
- anti slip nosing for stairs - no the 3m stick ons
- razor barb wire
- good door knobs/locks - what brand do you have in mind? (master?)

i know there are mall versions of these, but if you know of places such as in aranque or binondo, then it would be great as it may be cheaper there.
