ill post the procedure as soon as i finish my welding project so others like Rosy can start making their own concrete mouldings. 🙂

as per request heres the procedure for creating DIY Concrete Moulding

ok, lets see how long I will finish the 12 inch concrete moulding.

Start time:

Materials:

Moulding template. This is my very first template creation so I decided to use it as a model in creating this moulding procedure.

The small template below is for rough cement before applying the pure cement.

The bigger template is for finishing using pure cement.

The thinner the pure cement is for finishing, the better. Thicker is subjective to cracking.

And spray with water.

It needs to be something like this. Why? The shallow part – on this part you will put cement for wall fastening.

Put mixed cement and sand inside the measured guide.

Forgot to put 2 pcs 4mm corrugated metal, something like this, pls see below:
