Yun na nga po problema Sir,Nicomambo may cash nga kaso ma compromise naman ang budget sa pang araw araw..OFW po kasi ako,mahirap mag loan kapag wala pang latest contract na required ng mga banko,,May mga nag o offer po ng mga ganitong build now pay later noon, ewan ko po now parang sa malakihang project na lang sila, yung sa akin naman po kasi renovation lang ng small house..thanks sa response

@ mayoric66 and nicomambo, cash loans, even from banks are quite expensive (high interest). it would be better to approach a reputable contractor and negotiate a deal with a manageable terms of payment and interest ... as a guide, cash loan (e.g. cash advance on credit card, easy credit, etc) charge around 2% per month (that's 24% per year noh!!!) ... better yet, inquire at SSS, they also have benefits for OFWs, even if your working abroad, as long as you continue to pay your monthly contributions ... cheers

Good day Sir Boo, I already tried po mag loan sa banks at other govt agencies like sss, pag-ibig..required po talaga nila ang latest contract sa ofw, hirap din po maghanap ng mga contractor nowdays na mag offer ng ganon, thanks po sa suggestion
