It is best to have clearance or air gap between the foil and roof, to dissipate the heat and to prolong the life of the insulation itself. Direct Hot-cold variations can easily make the insulation material deteriorate faster.

the trapped air twixt roof and foil itself is a good insulator.

i'm just glad such a product exists.

hi,
i understand that how it feels. in my opinion you should put AC on your rooms. but if heat is coming from roof or walls then go for heat roof. i know heatproofing company which provides services of heat roofing/ heating chemicals which turns the temperature to normal. for your info i m also providing website link for complete information. >> https://heatproofing.pk
