@ bro chisel, tanong ko lang sa GST 80 PBE mo, na try mo na bang ginamit sa pag cut(curve) ng 3/4 plywood yan? mainit na mainit kasi iyong ganyan ko nong nag cut ako ng 3/4 ply using T101AO blade, mga 2 meters na curve cut yon.

I don't remember the blade so I will check when I can. the question is "were you pushing the tool forward?" and are you using the pendulum?
the time I started with the jigsaw I encountered the same, but because I was pushing hard. As a scrollsayer I learned to let the blade do the cut, pendulum helps but only if the curve is wide. May I suggest you try a blade with lesser tooth count, I love the T101B or BR for plywood use.
