HardieFlex + Metal Studs Room Partition Labor Costing

Hi. Did a lot searching on the site but couldn't quite find what I need, and especially nothing recent.

So I'm looking to partition a room, and I need a fairly straightforward HardieFlex + metal stud partition installation. I got quotes from 3 different contractors. The price difference is quite wide.

What might be the standard (kalakaran) labor costing per square meter installation of a "double wall" (is what they all say it is -- metal studs, HardieFlex on either side as this wall is literally between the two soon-to-be new rooms)? Assuming of course that it is done per spec (i.e., spacing of studs, etc.).

I'd like to be able to intelligently choose whom to go with -- is the cheapest guy "too cheap" and if so I wonder how I might be short-changed and "get what I pay for" if there's pretty much only one standard way of installing such a partition (am I right?), or is the most expensive one trying to over-charge me since he's a "bigger" contractor and maybe has a minimum kita he needs from each engagement no matter how small?

Any inputs would be welcome.

Thanks!
