Bro I think its the new trend now. Its the concrete pre fabricated wall panels that can be stacked up one on top of the other between two posts at a desired height. Come to think of it, its really very fast in terms of labor and time consumption compared to using hollow blocks. :cool01::agree:

Check out mo bro ang VASQUEZ Builders, I think they make them concrete panels and even installation. I think the Ayala group have done this type of fencing and they fabricate it themselves. Research ka rin bro just to be sure.

@ rosy, i googled this (e.g. easy fence) and i saw a video of it as reported in Chanel 5 News. fabrication will really be the trend for construction especially for large projects ... cheers

Vasquez Builders (aka VazBuilt) was one of the companies i inquired when i was planning for my house construction but besides cost issues there was also the issue of doing the fabrication in mindanao as they don't have any partners here in mindanao 🙁 ... cheers

@ mig21, thinking outside the box, the same materials (e.g. prefab panel wall and post) for the fence can actually be use to build (fast) mass cheap housing here in PH - a fence shape into a rectangle box with a roof 🙂 he he he ... a few years back in one of our family vacation, we stayed in a hotel near the NAIA airport (i think the name is Airport Hotel) and got one of the villa suite room ... the small house/room was made using pre-fabricated cement wall panels and post almost the same as the one i saw in the easy wall fence video ... you can check out how the units was done if your place is near NAIA ...

with some minor modification to the technical specs of the panels and post (to accomodate the extra load of the 2/F), hey, you can also easily make an affordable 2-storey house project in less time compared to CHB ... cheers
