Ask lang po ako ng advice regarding sa house improvement na plano ko..Ang bahay ko po ay isang 36sq mtrs floor area na two storey row house po..plano ko po na ipa roof deck ang taas, na may sukat na 27 sq mtrs (9mtrsx4mtrs), at yun pong harapan ay may sukat na 4mtrs x 1500mtrs na balak ko po na palagyan ng balcony sa 2nd flr at terrace sa harapan, sa ganito pong project roofdeck at balcony at terrace sa harapan, mgkano po kaya ang posibleng magastos ko dito? bale simpleng design lang po naman at sa roofdeck ay may hagdan lang pataas at bubong pra di pumasok ang ulan sa baba at may bakod na 1 meter lang na paikot ng roofdeck? rough estimate lang po,,Sana po may makatulong sa akin,,maraming salamat po..
@ ericks, i'm not into construction, so i cannot comment on the cost. but since your still in the planning stage and if your house (row houses) is in a subdivision, you may also want to check with your association if putting a roof deck is allowed. i do know that some developers have some limitations with regards to enhancement to the unit. i highly recommend that you consult a structural engineer (who can also give you an estimate) to determine if the structure can accommodate a roof deck ... cheers

Sir Boo, salamat po sa reply ninyo, okay naman po ang magpa extend ng roofdeck dito sa aming maliit na subd basta kumuha lang po ng bldg permit sa munisipyo,yun iba nga po nagpapagawa na wla ng permit,ngunit sa akin naman po ay kung ano yung tama ay sundin na lang dahil mahirap din po na sumalungat sa batas, ang sa akin lang po ay roofdeck at balcony sa 2nd floor at terrace sa ground floor yung rough estimate lang po...
